  • DIRECT PURE COPPER COOKING SURFACE: The cookware is made with pure copper inside and outside and does not contain Tin/Kalai lining. This specialist construction offers an authentic traditional appearance but requires strict ingredient restrictions and careful handling.
  • ROUNDED KADAI WITH TWO HANDLES: The 800 ml kadai features a rounded profile and two brass side handles for balanced lifting. Its compact size is suited to small portions, tempering, roasting and serving permitted non-acidic preparations.
  • DEEP SAUCEPAN WITH POURING LIP: The 1500 ml saucepan combines a tall body, long brass handle and shaped pouring edge. The handle includes a hanging opening for convenient storage but becomes hot during cooking.
