  • EXTRA-HEAVY TRADITIONAL CONSTRUCTION: Weighing approximately 3478 g, this substantial brass Patili has a deep rounded body suitable for gradual cooking, simmering and preparing larger household portions.
  • INSIDE TIN/KALAI-LINED SURFACE: The silvery food-contact interior is finished with traditional tin, commonly called Kalai. Use wooden or silicone utensils and avoid sharp metal tools or abrasive scrubbers that may damage the lining.
  • DEEP PUNJABI HANDI PROFILE: Its narrow flared mouth and broad rounded chamber provide space for stirring and slow simmering. Suitable for dal, curry, chole, rajma, kadhi, rice, pulao, biryani, khichdi, gravy and similar preparations.
