• COOKING AND SERVING SET: Includes one wide Brass Lagan Handi, one matching lid and one brass slotted serving spatula with a wooden handle. The coordinated set can be used for cooking and table presentation.
• TRADITIONAL KALAI-LINED INTERIOR: The inside tin, or Kalai, lining forms the cooking-contact surface. Use wooden or silicone utensils while cooking and reserve the included slotted spatula primarily for serving.
• SUITABLE FOR BIRYANI AND MUGHLAI RECIPES: The broad, shallow shape is suitable for layering rice and ingredients for dum biryani. It may also be used for pulao, korma, curries, gravies, vegetables and other rice preparations.
• GENTLE CARE RECOMMENDED: Cook on low to medium heat and never heat the vessel while empty. Hand wash with mild dishwashing liquid, avoid abrasive scrubbers and dry immediately after washing.
